Common questions
Do you provide the supplier accounts?
The price covers integrating your own supplier API access. If you would like us to provide supplier access, that is charged extra and agreed with you after we discuss it.
Can agents pay online?
Yes, if you have a payment gateway. Gateway integration is a separate product, such as bKash, Nagad or SSLCommerz.
How does the visa module work?
You list the visa services you offer by country, with their requirements. Agents apply online, upload the documents and follow the status of each application, and your team manages each application from the admin panel.
How is this different from the other OTA products?
This product is the agent portal only, with no public customer website. OTA Platform Development (B2C) is a customer website instead, and OTA Platform Development (B2C + B2B) includes both.
Can I start with only flights or hotels?
