The challenge
A travel wholesaler was taking agent bookings by phone and email, then keying them into supplier systems by hand. Quotes were slow, mistakes were common and there was no single record of what each agent owed.

What we built
We built a web portal that connects to several supplier APIs and shows live availability and fares in one search. Each agency gets its own login, credit limit and markup rules, and bookings are confirmed with the supplier in the background through queued jobs. Staff manage agents, balances and refunds from an admin panel.

The result
Agents now book on their own at any hour, and the team spends its time on support and sales instead of data entry. Every booking, payment and refund sits in one place with a clear history.
