The challenge
A tour operator listed its packages as PDF brochures and took every booking through messages and bank transfers. Seats on popular departures were often oversold because nobody had a live count.

What we built
We built a package website with itineraries, departure calendars and seat limits for each trip. Travellers pay a deposit or the full amount online and receive a confirmation by email and SMS. The team edits packages, prices and departures without touching code.

The result
Travellers can see what is available and book it on the spot, and overselling has stopped. The team has a clear list of who is travelling on each departure.
