The challenge
A clothing brand sold mainly through social media posts and direct messages. Stock was tracked in a spreadsheet, and customers often ordered sizes that had already sold out.

What we built
We built a WooCommerce store with product variants for size and colour, so stock is tracked for each option. Customers pay by card or cash on delivery and get order updates by SMS. The shop team handles orders, returns and delivery status from one dashboard.

The result
Customers now see what is in stock before they order, and the team no longer answers the same questions in messages all day. Orders move from payment to delivery with far less back and forth.
