The challenge
A distributor with several warehouses kept stock counts in separate spreadsheets that were rarely up to date. Staff could not tell what was available without calling each location.

What we built
We built a web system that records every stock movement, from purchase orders and transfers to sales and returns. Each warehouse sees its own stock, while managers see totals and reports across all sites. Low stock alerts and reorder suggestions run in the background.

The result
Everyone now works from the same live stock figures, and stock outs are caught before they happen. Month end counts are quicker because the system already knows what should be on the shelf.
