The challenge
A courier service handled pickup requests through phone calls and assigned riders using a group chat. Customers had no way to see where their parcel was.

What we built
We built two mobile apps, one for customers and one for riders, backed by a shared Laravel API. Customers book a pickup, see the price and track the rider on a map. Riders receive jobs by push notification, follow the route and mark each drop as delivered with a photo.

The result
Customers can follow their parcel from pickup to door, and dispatchers no longer assign jobs by hand. Every delivery has a record with a time and a proof photo.
