The challenge
A multi doctor clinic booked appointments in a paper diary and by phone. Double bookings and missed appointments were a weekly problem, and patient history was hard to find.

What we built
We built an appointment system where patients book online and receptionists manage the day from a shared calendar. Each doctor sets their own hours and breaks, and patients get SMS reminders before their visit. Visit notes and history are stored against each patient record.

The result
Double bookings have stopped, and fewer patients forget their appointments. Doctors open a patient record and see the full history in one place.
