The challenge
A private school ran admissions, fees and results on paper registers and a mix of spreadsheets. Parents had to visit the office to check fees or collect results.

What we built
We built a school system with separate areas for administrators, teachers and parents. Teachers take attendance and enter marks, the office manages admissions and fee collection, and report cards are generated automatically. Parents log in to see attendance, fees and results, and receive notices by SMS.

The result
Office work that used to take days now happens as part of the normal routine. Parents get the information they need without a trip to the school.
